  1. Step 1: Prepare Lemons. Clean lemons, pour boiling water over them for 30 seconds, rinse, and dry.
  2. Step 2: Cut Lemons. Quarter lemons lengthwise, removing seeds and slice into thin rounds.
  3. Step 3: Prepare Ginger. Peel and finely chop or grate fresh ginger until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Mix Ingredients. Layer half of the lemon and ginger in a jar, drizzle in half the honey, stir, and repeat.
  5. Step 5: Infuse. Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to meld flavors.
