Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with a light layer of non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Slice Vidalia sweet onions into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  4. Lay the sliced onions in a single layer in the baking dish and sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and oregano over them.
  5. Cut unsalted butter into small pats and distribute them evenly across the onions.
  6. Layer the cheeses starting with the Italian blend, followed by cheddar and finishing with grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
