- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach together until well combined.
- Shape half of the meat mixture into a rectangle. Spread the cheesy filling evenly, then roll the meat to encase the filling and form a loaf shape.
- Transfer the meatloaf seam-side down into a greased baking dish and bake for about 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- About 10 minutes before done, spread marinara sauce over the top. Return to the oven.
