Preparation
  1. Start by selecting fresh, ripe watermelon and strawberries. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of honey with the juice of one fresh lime. Whisk the mixture thoroughly for about 30 seconds until well blended and smooth.
  3. Take a chilled, large serving bowl and gently place the watermelon cubes and sliced strawberries in it. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to the mixture.
