Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a blender, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring even spacing.
  4. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook until chicken is golden brown and reaches internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove skewers from grill and let rest. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping alongside rice, noodles, or salad.
