- Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls and separate the dough into individual triangles.
- Spread about ½ tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each crescent triangle.
- Layer each triangle with ½ ounce of sliced corned beef, ½ ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut.
- Roll each triangle from the wider end to the pointed tip and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
