  2. Slice the kielbasa into 1/8-inch thick slices, using chopsticks or handles to prevent cutting all the way through.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the sliced kielbasa and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Place the kielbasa on the wire rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
