Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the tortillas flat and layer each with roast beef and shredded cheese down the center.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Melt butter and brush it on top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Meanwhile, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and heat over medium for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the roll ups from oven, let cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with the au jus.
