Ingredients
  

For the Roll Ups
  • 4 pieces Tortillas can use whole grain or gluten-free options
  • 1 cup Roast Beef can swap for turkey or grilled veggies
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese provolone or cheddar recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine for a dairy-free option
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for a stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder can use finely chopped fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley used for garnish
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth can opt for vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and layer each with roast beef and shredded cheese down the center.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Melt butter and brush it on top of the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Meanwhile, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and heat over medium for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the roll ups from oven, let cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with the au jus.
