Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Toss the chicken pieces with poultry seasoning and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread over cut sides of the loaf and place on a baking sheet. Toast for 5-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stir in parmesan and parsley, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on each toasted bread side, layer with cooked chicken, and sprinkle mozzarella. Drizzle remaining sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes until mozzarella melts and bubbles. Watch closely for a golden top.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice and serve warm with a fresh salad or marinara.
