Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a non-stick skillet, pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a simmer. Add the TVP, letting it absorb the broth for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning along with the black beans, corn, and crushed tomatoes. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the filling into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots evenly over the filling.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
