  • 3-4 bags black tea Or use 3 tablespoons of loose-leaf black tea
  • 2-3 sticks cinnamon

  • 1 large orange Sliced
  • honey or sugar Optional, to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add in 3-4 black tea bags or 3 tablespoons of loose-leaf tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in 2-3 cinnamon sticks, cover, and let it steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and cinnamon sticks; sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
  5. Incorporate sliced oranges into the mixture, then pour into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with extra orange slices.
