- In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add in 3-4 black tea bags or 3 tablespoons of loose-leaf tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in 2-3 cinnamon sticks, cover, and let it steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and cinnamon sticks; sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
- Incorporate sliced oranges into the mixture, then pour into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with extra orange slices.
