  1. Combine 1 cup of blueberries, 2 cups of coconut water, the juice of 1 lime, and 1 tablespoon of honey in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed, then blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend on high for another 15-20 seconds until frosty.
  4. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
