  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or sugar-free syrup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese optional for dairy-free
For Extra Flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seeds for extra fiber
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese optional, adjust milk if used

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine Kodiak pancake mix, eggs, Fairlife milk, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese until blended.
  5. Distribute the batter into the muffin tins, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
