  5. Knead Dough: Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. First Rise: Shape dough into a ball, place in greased bowl, and let rise covered for about 1 hour.
  7. Prepare Filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pistachios in a bowl.
  8. Roll Out Dough: Punch down dough, roll into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
  9. Spread Filling: Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle filling evenly on top.
  10. Roll the Dough: Tightly roll the dough from the long edge into a log.
