  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill For seasoning

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and add all spices. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken until golden brown, then add onions and garlic.
  3. Stir in the rice, ensuring it's coated with oil and spices. Pour in hot chicken stock, stirring gently.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes without lifting the lid.
  5. Remove from heat, fluff rice, and mix in parsley and dill for a fresh finish.
