Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place boneless skinless chicken breasts into the Instant Pot. Pour in chicken stock and condensed cream of chicken soup. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Release steam when finished.
  2. Remove cooked chicken and shred it with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix with the sauce.
  3. Crush Ritz butter crackers and add to the pot with dried parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt. Mix well and let sit for about 20 minutes.
  4. Toast soft sandwich buns while the mixture thickens. Stir the chicken mixture and ensure it's creamy.
  5. Spoon the creamy chicken mixture onto the toasted bun, adding any preferred toppings.
  6. Serve sandwiches on a platter with potato chips or salad.
