- In a large bowl, whisk together bread flour, instant yeast, and kosher salt until well combined. Gradually add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the shredded cheese, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
- Once risen, scrape the dough onto floured parchment. Shape it into a rough ball without deflating too much.
- Lift the dough using the parchment and place it in the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown and hollow when tapped.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
