Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together bread flour, instant yeast, and kosher salt until well combined. Gradually add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheese, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
  4. Once risen, scrape the dough onto floured parchment. Shape it into a rough ball without deflating too much.
  5. Lift the dough using the parchment and place it in the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until deep golden brown and hollow when tapped.
  7. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
