  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste

  • 10 pieces Wooden Skewers Soak in water for 15 minutes

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thinly slice the chicken breasts into 1/4-inch strips.
  2. Combine coconut milk, curry powder, coriander, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Soak your wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers, placing 3-4 pieces per skewer.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F or 175°C).
  7. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  8. Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
