Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Baked Brie
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, granulated sugar, water, Grand Marnier, orange zest, freshly squeezed orange juice, and rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the cranberries burst.
- Lightly score a diamond pattern on the top of the brie cheese, about 1/8 inch deep. Place the scored brie on the lined baking sheet.
- Spread half of the cranberry sauce over the top of the brie and bake for 8-10 minutes until gooey.
- Carefully transfer the hot brie to a serving board, topping it with the remaining cranberry sauce, walnuts, honey, and flaky sea salt.
- Serve the warm brie with an assortment of crackers.
