Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Baked Brie
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, granulated sugar, water, Grand Marnier, orange zest, freshly squeezed orange juice, and rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the cranberries burst.
  3. Lightly score a diamond pattern on the top of the brie cheese, about 1/8 inch deep. Place the scored brie on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread half of the cranberry sauce over the top of the brie and bake for 8-10 minutes until gooey.
  5. Carefully transfer the hot brie to a serving board, topping it with the remaining cranberry sauce, walnuts, honey, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Serve the warm brie with an assortment of crackers.
