Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, heat 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup over medium-high heat until it bubbles, about 3-5 minutes.
- Mix in 1.5 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt, then stir in the nut ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the nuts are glossy and lightly caramelized.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Break the cooled mixture into clusters and combine with dried fruits and cinnamon chips in a large bowl.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for extended freshness.
