Cream Layer
  • 300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk For optimal sweetness and creaminess.
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream Chill beforehand for better whipping.
Base
  • 1 pack Graham Crackers Use plain variety to maintain flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the ripe mangoes thinly, approximately 3-4mm thick.
  2. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes before use.
Whip the Cream
  1. Whip cold heavy cream in the chilled bowl for 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and a splash of vanilla extract until glossy and creamy.
Layering
  1. Begin layering with graham crackers, followed by whipped cream, then mango slices. Repeat.
Final Touch
  1. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and a decorative arrangement of mango slices.
Chill Dessert
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serve
  1. Slice into portions and serve chilled, garnished with extra mango slices or mint if desired.
