Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini donut pan or muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the milk, vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each cavity of the greased donut pan about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and springy to the touch.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar.
