Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually around medium to high heat.

  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries. If making the Matcha version, add matcha powder now.
  4. Spray the preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the center of the heated waffle iron.
  6. Cook the waffles for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the waffles from the iron and serve immediately.
