Step-by-Step Instructions for Irresistible Pretzel Dogs
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick and slice into 15 equal strips.
  3. Wrap each sausage frank with a dough strip, ensuring it overlaps slightly and the ends are sealed.
  4. Bring 5 cups of water to a rolling boil and stir in ¼ cup of baking soda.
  5. Boil each wrapped sausage in the water for 20-30 seconds, then remove and place back on the baking sheet.
