  1. Combine unwrapped caramels and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, stirring halfway until smooth. Fold in chopped pecans and pour over cooled brownie base.
Peanut Butter Topping
  1. Beat together softened butter, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth. Spoon the mixture over the caramel layer, spreading evenly.
Chocolate Drizzle
  1. Melt chocolate chips with oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Finish and Chill
