Prepare Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the 9X13 brownie base according to instructions until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25–30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Caramel Layer
- Combine unwrapped caramels and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, stirring halfway until smooth. Fold in chopped pecans and pour over cooled brownie base.
Peanut Butter Topping
- Beat together softened butter, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a splash of milk until smooth. Spoon the mixture over the caramel layer, spreading evenly.
Chocolate Drizzle
- Melt chocolate chips with oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Finish and Chill
- Optionally, sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate drizzle. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, slice into squares, and serve.
