  • 1 cup Whiskey Choose a smooth whiskey.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Use high-quality cream.
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock Low-sodium recommended.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped shallots. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and shallots are translucent.
  3. Pour whiskey into the skillet and scrape up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken stock. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some sauce over, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot alongside mashed potatoes or bread.
