Equipment

  • Oven
  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully split the King's Hawaiian pretzel slider buns in half, placing each half cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle an even layer of Pepper Jack cheese over the buns, then generously distribute the crumbled cooked bacon on top.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven on the top rack and broil for about 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye as the cheese melts.
  4. While the buns are broiling, drizzle honey mustard over the roughly chopped fried chicken and toss until well coated.
  5. Once the buns are golden and the cheese melted, layer the honey mustard-coated fried chicken on the buns. Top with cubed avocado and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  6. Close the sliders by placing the top half of the buns on the filled bottoms, and serve with extra honey mustard on the side.
