- Transfer the softened chiles, hibiscus flowers, and the soaking water to a blender. Add minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, pomegranate molasses, salt, black or rainbow peppercorns, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth, thick consistency, about 1-2 minutes. Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve for a finer texture.
- Funnel the hibiscus hot sauce into a clean glass bottle or jar. Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
