Prepare the Dough
- Combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast in a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of warm milk, ¼ cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs.
- Mix until a cohesive dough forms, ensuring all dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
Knead the Dough
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Shape the Buns
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 10 portions, and roll each into a smooth ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and allow them to rise until puffy, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake the Buns
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool on a wire rack.
Prepare the Filling
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
Fill the Buns
- Cut a slit in the top of each bun and fill with whipped cream using a piping bag or spoon. Top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.

Notes
Ensure the milk is warm to activate the yeast without killing it. Allow the buns to cool completely before filling them with cream.
