Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast in a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of warm milk, ¼ cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs.
  2. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, ensuring all dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
Knead the Dough
  1. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Shape the Buns
  1. Punch down the dough, divide it into 10 portions, and roll each into a smooth ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cover and allow them to rise until puffy, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake the Buns
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool on a wire rack.
Prepare the Filling
  1. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
Fill the Buns
