  • 8 mini crusts Mini Pizza Crusts Choose store-bought or homemade.
For the Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce Use your favorite jarred version or homemade.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded, can be swapped for vegan cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Sliced, for spider designs.
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1 each Orange & Green Bell Peppers For jack-o’-lantern faces.
  • 1 each Part-Skim String Cheese For mummy faces, can use shredded cheese.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chiffonade, for garnish.
For Baking
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray To prevent sticking to the baking sheet.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly mist a baking sheet with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each mini crust, leaving a small border.
  3. Top half of the mini pizzas with shredded mozzarella cheese. For mummy designs, lay string cheese strands in criss-cross patterns.
  4. Use black olive slices for spider designs and add bell pepper strips for features. Optionally sprinkle with mini pepperoni.
  5. Bake the decorated mini pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden-brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Allow pizzas to cool for about 2 minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
