Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In your stand mixer, combine warm whole milk, active dry yeast, and honey. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add eggs, all-purpose flour, and kosher salt to the yeast mixture. Mix on low speed for 4-5 minutes until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour until doubled.
Cheese Filling Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in finely chopped herbs.
Shaping the Bread
  1. Punch down the dough, roll into a 12x18 inch rectangle, and evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over it.
  2. Roll the dough into a tight log, slice in half lengthwise, twist the halves together, and coil into a circular shape.
Final Preparation
  1. Let the shaped loaf rise, covered, for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Tap the bottom to check for hollow sound. Cool slightly before slicing.
