Cooking Steps
- Cook the cheese tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add 2 minced garlic cloves, and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Mix in ¾ cup of grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Pat the steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat, and sear the steak bites for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium, add 1 tablespoon of butter and remaining minced garlic over steak bites, cooking for another minute to infuse flavors.
- Plate the creamy Alfredo tortellini, top with the garlic butter steak bites, and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the steak. Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes
Ensure your steak cubes are thoroughly dried before seasoning for a perfect sear. Use high heat for searing but reduce when adding garlic butter. Taste as you go for seasoning adjustments.
