Steps
- Start by placing 24 ounces of Green Candy Melts into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them on high for about 1 minute, then stir and return to the microwave, heating in 15-second bursts at 50% power until smooth and fully melted.
- Once the candy melts are smooth, add in the 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk along with 3 tablespoons of Creme de Menthe. Stir vigorously until the mixture resembles thick, rich fudge.
- Cover the fudge mixture with plastic wrap and allow it to cool at room temperature. Stir every 5 minutes for about 20–30 minutes until it thickens to an easy-to-pipe frosting-like consistency.
- Prepare a pastry bag by fitting it with a star tip. Once the fudge has thickened, fill the bag with the fudge mixture. Pipe tree shapes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add visual flair by placing a gold star sprinkle atop each tree. Then, sprinkle rainbow nonpareils around the base for colorful decoration. Allow the fudge to set at room temperature until firm.
