Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew 1 cup of strong Earl Grey tea and let it cool. Mix it with ½ cup of cooled espresso in a shallow dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, ¼ cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Briefly dip each ladyfinger in the tea-coffee mixture for 2-3 seconds and arrange them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
