Preparation Steps
- Brew 1 cup of strong Earl Grey tea and let it cool. Mix it with ½ cup of cooled espresso in a shallow dish.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, ¼ cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Briefly dip each ladyfinger in the tea-coffee mixture for 2-3 seconds and arrange them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
