Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine instant yeast with warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add olive oil, salt, sugar, all-purpose flour, and chopped dill. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 3 minutes. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Gradually whisk in flour, then add whole milk, stirring until the sauce thickens. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a pizza pan. Spread the white sauce, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Pat the dill pickle chips dry and evenly distribute them on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dill pickle juice, and chopped dill in a bowl for the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. After baking, allow the pizza to cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and crushed red pepper. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, slice, and serve.
