  • 3 cups Persian cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes sliced (mix of Cherry Belle and Purple Plum)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives chopped
For the Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar of your choice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the cucumbers and radishes under cool water, then slice them into thin rounds and wedges.
