  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Optional
For the Tea
  • 2 teaspoons Earl Grey Tea Leaves or Tea Bags Loose leaf preferred
For the Drink
  • 1 cup Milk Oat milk for vegan option
  • 1 cup Ice To serve chilled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop fresh strawberries into half-inch pieces and combine with white sugar in a jar. Let sit for at least one hour to macerate.
  2. Brew Earl Grey tea by placing tea leaves or bags in hot water and steeping for 3-5 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  3. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the strawberry syrup, brewed tea, and milk, stirring gently to combine.
