Step-by-Step Instructions for Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato
  1. In a small jar, combine heavy cream, coconut syrup, and ube extract. Froth for about 15–20 seconds until thick and creamy with soft peaks.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in your milk of choice and a splash of coconut syrup. Stir gently until the syrup is dissolved.
  3. Brew a shot of espresso. Slowly pour it over the milk layer using a spoon to create distinct layers.
  4. Spoon the ube cold foam over the espresso and milk layers. Optionally, sprinkle toasted coconut chips on top.
