- Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix together crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Whip the chilled whipping cream until soft peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the creamy filling evenly over the graham cracker base and sprinkle half of the sprinkles on top.
- Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture over the top and add the remaining sprinkles.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Let the dessert sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cutting and serving.
