Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the lined baking sheet. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, brown sugar, orange juice, and orange zest over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
  4. Coat the salmon generously with the pomegranate glaze, reserving some for drizzling later.
  5. Bake the salmon for 30-38 minutes, checking for doneness when the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Transfer the salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slices, parsley, and green onions.
