  • 1/2 cup Strong Brewed Coffee or Espresso adjust strength to taste
  • 1 tbsp Keto-Friendly Sweetener to taste
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk or coconut milk

  • 1 dollop Sugar-Free Whipped Cream for topping
  • 1 dash Nutmeg for garnish

Preparation
  1. Prepare keto eggnog by combining egg yolks, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a pot. Heat over medium-low heat until warm and thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Brew strong coffee or espresso. Aim for 1/2 cup (120ml) and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of keto eggnog, brewed coffee, and almond milk. Add sweetener to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pot and heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes until just steaming.
  5. Pour the latte into two mugs, filling each three-quarters full.
  6. Top each latte with sugar-free whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
