Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the top shell of the cleaned crabs, discarding gills and organs, then rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each crab shell with the stuffing, packing it in gently and rounding the top.
- Brush the tops of the stuffed crabs with melted butter.
- Place the stuffed crabs on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.
