  • 1 clove Garlic Minced, optional.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain the excess liquid from the sardines and flake them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the sardines and mash together until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Dijon mustard and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add lemon juice, parsley, capers, and garlic; stir until well mixed.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth using a fork or an electric mixer for desired texture.
