Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and strawberry jam.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
