For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth Vegetable broth for vegetarian option
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and add sliced roast beef and shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end, sealing in the filling, and place seam-side down.
  4. Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Prepare au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Once baked, cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve warm with the au jus.
