- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the tortillas and add sliced roast beef and shredded cheese in the center.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end, sealing in the filling, and place seam-side down.
- Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Prepare au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes.
- Once baked, cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve warm with the au jus.
