Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bucatini according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat until bubbly, about 1 minute.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced and alcohol is cooked off.
  5. Gently fold in cooked lobster meat, warming for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add drained bucatini and reserved pasta water gradually, tossing continuously to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in chopped parsley.
