Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and ensure unsalted butter is at room temperature.
- Chop the biscuit cookies in a food processor into small pieces.
- Combine cacao powder with the chopped biscuit cookies in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix room temperature butter, sweetened condensed milk, and dulce de leche until smooth.
- Add chopped pecans to the dry mixture and pour the wet mixture over it. Stir until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Chill the wrapped salami in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, unwrap and dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
