Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cucumber Lemonade
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, slice off both ends, and chop them into manageable chunks, keeping the skin on.
  2. Blend the cucumber chunks in a high-speed blender on high for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended cucumber mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl and discard the pulp.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water over medium heat until dissolved. Allow to cool.
  5. Juice about four lemons to extract fresh lemon juice, aiming for one cup.
  6. In a pitcher, combine cucumber juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using) with salt. Stir well.
  7. Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well to mix all flavors. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
  8. Add ice to the pitcher to chill the lemonade, letting it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
