  • 4 cups Water Split into two portions.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash two large English cucumbers thoroughly. Cut them into chunks, approximately 2–3 inches.
  2. In a blender, combine cucumber chunks, 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar to taste, and 10–15 mint leaves. Add 2 cups of water and blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
  3. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, using a spatula to press down for maximum liquid extraction.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the strained mixture. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves or lime slices.
