- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add ice-cold water while stirring until smooth.
- Dip each prawn into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Roll in panko breadcrumbs for an even coating.
